PolyVers' Houston Facilty Hosts Advanced Spray Applicator Course Taught by Dudley J. Primeaux II

Houston, TX - October 21, 2009

VersaFlex, Incorporated held its first domestic Advanced Spray Applicator Course at its Houston PolyVers International Technical Center with great success.  The Advanced Applicator Course filled up quickly and brought contractors and applicators from around the country to Houston for the first expansion in available training for polyurea technology.

The course, taught and written by polyurea innovator and leader, Dudley J. Primeaux II who has taught the Polyurea Development Association Spray Applicator Course for years.  Mr. Primeaux originally wrote the course for PolyVers International and has been taught twice in Villach, Austria at the PolyVers International European Distributor, Hercules, GmbH.  The course has always been met with overwhelming interest in Europe, with both classes quickly filling up.  Finally, after enough fervor over the lack of advanced training in the United States, PolyVers International adapted the class for the American market and offered the two day course in Houston.

The Advanced Spray Applicator Course focuses largely on saving the applicator time and money in the field.  The course goes over equipment trouble shooting and repair, techniques and tricks for equipment maintenance, and tips that make rebuilds more efficient and easier.  The course also focuses on issues with coating a variety of substrates, coating repair, and identifying inadequacies in coating application.
