Testing Services

To our valued customer:

 

We would like to thank you for choosing PolyVers International! PolyVers polyureas, primers, technical coatings, and accessory products are specially formulated to act in concert with one another to offer an entire coating system for a multitude of coating requirements. 

 

In an effort to better serve you, the contractor, we have implemented a new physical property testing program. This program will provide you with the physical performance of the coating you are spraying on a given job. In effect, we are aiding you in your quality assurance at no extra charge! Furthermore, you can take advantage of this service as much as you please over the course of any job.
All you need do is:

1) Onto a plastic sheet (cutting boards work well) spray four (4) 12” x 12” samples at a target thickness of 60 mils (please remove the film from the plastic sheet).
2) Fill out the provided application profile. (Click Here for Form)
3) Mail the samples back to our Houston Technical Center at:

From these samples, we will provide you with a detailed report explaining the hardness, tensile strength, elongation, and tear strength of your coating in either e-mail or fax format.
