PV 340 Awarded ASTM E-84 Class 2 Fire Rating
PolyVers International is pleased to announce that our PV 340 Fire
Retardant Coating has passed ASTM E-84 Class 2 Fire Rating. Like our
previous success with ASTM E-162, the PV 340 passed E-84 at a minimum
coating thickness of 80 mils. Unlike other fire rated coatings which
have been tested as low as 20 mils, the PV 340 passed both E-162 and
E-84 at a realistic coating thickness.
